Our Community is professionally managed by Arizona Community Management Services LLC. (AZCMS) who provide full-service management assistance to our Board and our Community.
AZCMS' President and Founder is Karen Kass who has almost twenty years of extensive experience managing multi-family communities and has operated community management companies for over five years. Karen is assisted by a staff of seven, located down the road just south of the intersection of 101 and Pima Road, and has appointed Assistant Manager, Frank Puma to help with the management of Sierra Norte. AZCMS handle Financial Management, Covenants Administration and Work Order Management on behalf of our Board of Directors.
